Brand analysis and concept for a mail-order pharmacy
As part of the brand analysis for the mail-order pharmacy "Medikamente per Klick", we redefined the brand values and carried out a comprehensive strategic realignment.
The aim was to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer trust and create a uniform brand image.
By developing a clear brand DNA and a new corporate design, including new colour schemes and fonts, we were able to modernize the mail-order pharmacy's visual identity.
In addition to the brand analysis, we developed a new social media strategy to strengthen interaction with customers and transfer the brand values of "personal", "reliable" and "good value" to the digital space.
Targeted measures on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram sustainably improved customer loyalty.
